I bought one of those ready made salads. Im sure I cleaned the cuke .It was last bite and I have brushed my teeth, gargled, ate other stuff and its still there.

DH’s older brother, youngest sister, and nephew are visiting. The nephew and bubba favor so much. Old Chuck chose the nephew to snuggle with tonight.

At first glance I thought Bubba got glasses... and a haircut!

there was "sap" leaking out of the cut end. Im bummed now. I cant do anything right. I will have 50 lbs of cukes to garbage. at least a dozen plants.

You will be able to eat them after you learn Twist's trick. I think people also use salt on the cut part of the cukes. Rub them for a bit then wash it off, then peel and eat.

Yes indeed. Then they all got sold or donated to a children's charity because I had to move from the farm. But, then I went to Spain for 6 months and studied the PREs (pura raza español). There was something missing with the paso's and I couldn't figure it out until I rode a Trote/Galope with the long slow cadenced trot.. Something to die for there.. the PRE's do it naturally.

I figured it must have been Tom. Of course you are free to do what you want, but you are married, and I think it's wonderful that you are considerate of your spouse. He's a good guy... except when he's throwing food.
(Go get the tank quietly and switch it out for one of your smaller ones. )


sigh. I think it can be a really good experience, but challenging. Schedule and routine is everything. And try to make it fun. I have some science stuff you might be able to use... at least part way.


We are a bit less, but still too hot for me. Supposed to start cooling down on Monday... 85 or so. Yippee


Oh Pert. That doesn't sound good. Is it typical to get temps that high where you live?

Yeah, maybe 1.5 years. If he wasn't so good at times I would get rid of him. He really can be hilarious. But my finger is all swollen up.

We are getting the hot weather early too. Up side is, we are getting tomatoes too! Not ripe yet. Can hardly wait!

Tom Jones is swoon-worthy. We used to watch a silly cartoon when the kids were young. Tom Jones did the theme song. The cartoon was pretty good, but the theme was icing on the cake. swoon
