Paula Dean used beef short ribs for her soup so I asked the butcher for some and he looked surprised "For SOUP?" ya I normally use pork too. He picked up a roast and took it to the back and cut me off 3 hunks but theres no bone.

You should smoosh it over the pot. You wan ts the juice not the fibrous stuff.

Im not sure how I am. Depression is creeping back in. You know, I was really depressed when covid started and dr gave me abilify and I literally forgot I was depressed but I remember now. Its not as bad as before . not yet anyway.
