Nearly done now. It shifted east just enough for us to miss the worst of it. Friends in Ruston were hammered. The eye collapsed but we’re nearly to what’s left of it. Still hoping to see some birds.

I used pallets for the ends of mine. And I plan to finish to side facing the prevailing winds in pallets too.

Gonna wait until these showers pass by then go after the other panels I want. All in all, two 8 x 8 coops are gonna run $233 each..
I picked up a saws all and a spare blade.. so add that to my treasure trove of tools. Will come in handy for more than cutting out doors for coops..

Next time a cat 5 is expected to hit I double dog dare ya to go to the area and stay. Power lines are downed, debris everywhere, roofs gone..

I got wigglers ! Only about half the eggs and she moved them to the filter. I dont know if the other half are behind hatching or duds. She left those on the slate.
And its raining ! Wonder if it taste like salt. LOL
