Morning all.

Lots of pain here this morning, at least more than usual. Probably due to the weather change. It was in the mid to upper 80s three days ago and today it is 55 and rainy.

Not ready for fall yet and they are bringing the new washing machine today.

So y'all have a great day.At least more pain free than mine is.

Sorry about the pain, does soaking in a hot bath tub help?

My right elbow is sore today, hope I am not developing tendonitis. And I am tired. Idk if I will force myself to work or just try to relax today. Sigh.

mornings, Dr not in today and maybe not tomorrow. Half my babies sucked up in the filter. I cant find a sponge filter. I am going to try and baby proof this one AGAIN. They literally got sucked up into a stocking. Need to figure out how to slow the flow.
Bandit is back in the cat bed.
I didnt try the ice and I dont think the aloe helped .

Hey Pert! How are you!? Been pretty busy here, lots to take care of and work has been super crazy schedule wise since school started back up. Trying to get the teens to work between physical classes and zoom classes has been hard so I'm working longer shifts.

Great to see you Alley! How are the goats and bunnies and chickens doing ?

Hey Cap! Everyone is doing good. I bought 5 new goats in July and the babies brought coccidia with them. So had to treat abunch of them and that was not fun. I'm up to 13 goats 3 geese, 2 pigs, and x amount of rabbits and chickens that I refuse to count lol oh and just brought a bunch of these home last night

How did the coccidia present in the goats? IE, what were the symptoms?

No so great listening to the planes, we lived near an airport at our first home in FL.

it’s not so bad. Few jets, the fire bombers are the biggest thing there, and they only fly during daylight hours.

When I was stationed at Moody AFB, I used to sit out on the apron at lunch time and watch the F-4's take off, do touch and goes, and land... The rumble was awesome! When I went to Hill AFB they were transitioning from the old F-105 Thud... danged that baby could rock your world..

HI Wishing, allergic reaction to hartz flea and tick meds. I do have benadryl and give him one 25 mg at bed time. I dont know if that can be increased to 2 a day. Maybe ask someone for me if you get a chance ?

Ughhh. I tried that on peach. It was not pretty. Luckily I hosed her off right away so she didn’t get long lasting effects like bandit seems to be having...but still.

My phone says they had 84 today.
My friend in Colorado has been have temps in the 90s too. She said they will cool into the 80s on Mon and SNOW on Tues!

How did the coccidia present in the goats? IE, what were the symptoms?

Droopy goats, dog poops, cow patty poops. I knew what it was but had a fecal done at the vet so I could get meds. Everyone was eating fine but when I got my hands on them the smaller goats felt thinner under all the hair.

What kind of pellets are those in the brooder?

Horse stall pellets! Game changer! They last forever unless your chicks like to knock the water over. I only change the brooder bedding like once(sometimes) because of them. The brooder doesn't end up smelling bad like when I used pine shavings that I had to change 2x a week.
