Got the last of the matters stewing down with some celery, onions and peppers. Will run it thru a food mill tomorrow and get them caned up. Also cleaned, chopped, and bagged 4 quarts of Peppers from the garden and got them in the freezer to use in cooking until the next crop (2021)

I think they are doing it backwards . Why cath me in one town just to transport me to fix it in another ? SD said its probably an insurance thing.
