Yeah, they are finding that fats/oils made from seeds are not good for us. Causes lots of inflammation in your gut.
We have never used margarine.

I thought margarine was not good because it is hydrogenated. It's a vegetable oil that has been treated to make it solid. That seems unnatural to me. Frankenfood.

I added garlic to my shrooms today along w/ onion salt and real butter. My Nancy has decided I aint eating fake butter no more. LOL
