So I still need to clean my room and bathroom. Hubby was giving me a hard time about my room being like a hoarder. I just have lots of clothes all over because I have too many, and every time I fill up the closet, hubby wants to get into the crawl space up there. I am not a happy camper tonight. Ok, I am done #itching. Carry on.

No. I don’t think that’s true. It’s just the whole nutrition has been wrong and the government doesn’t want to acknowledge it. See if you can get Jason fong s book. He a practicing nephrologist that was so frustrated that he couldn’t help his super sick diabetic patients. He knew insulin was making them fatter and sicker. With His strategy he is seeing patients get better.
