Robert went out today w/ his worker. He seems to like him so far. Said he had good sense .

Can you believe some people open their incubators when it is in lockdown, then wonder why the chicks didn't do anything after peeping.

When I first started hatching I couldnt keep my hands off them. It was bad ! Then I decided I didnt even need to be here and first pip would send me shopping. Patience is a hard thing to master.

Ahh, but with me, I kept looking in the window every day, afraid I did something wrong. LOL. Then I learned to ignore the incubator after I put it in lockdown. Lucy would let me know when they start hatching. LOL

I super miss hatching. I know I dont need them. I can barely take care of myself. I has considered hatching some quail for release at one time.

My dad was German/Pennsylvania Dutch. Sour kraut was a diet staple when I was growing up. I still love the stuff. Especially when my stomach gets out of whack from IBS, I eat Kraut to help balance out my gut flora.
