Quail meat has 4 times more vitamin C than chicken meat. Quail meat has over 3 times more iron than chicken meat and an incredibly 4% more iron than beef sirloin! Quail meat has vitamin A whereas chicken meat has none. Quail meat rates significantly higher in minerals and amino acids than chicken meat.Jun 20, 2013

Goose is napping in the hallway while I take a quick break from payroll. Ugh. Still missing one crew's paperwork - the foreman swears he gave it to the assistant soops Sunday, assistant soops swears monday after he was at the office already. I expressed displeasure. I'm not stopping by starbucks tomorrow morning - as I'll have to be at the office at the bumcrack of dawn to get it all done - I can enter remotely but it takes a bit longer, so it makes sense to just enter at the office - and I'll still need to check and enter the pour crew so...

Also expressed displeasure with the BossMan(tm). Told him I'd spoken to assistant soops about it, and nothing has been done, something needs to come from higher up (aka him and BossLady) reminding these fine gentlemen to turn in their crap on Monday morning. Super frustrating.

Debating going to the mail so hubs doesn't get it though....I have some stuff from old navy set to arrive *innocent look* Though...he just spent how much on a steering box and various accessories for his truck....he can deal lol.

Shhh don’t tell anyone but my county is pretty relaxed and except for wearing masks everything is pretty much the same. We have so many small businesses that everyone tries to keep open as much as possible, their businesses are at stake. We haven’t had much COVID cases either, so I think everyone is doing a good job of mask wearing and social distancing.
I don’t know if you do a Christmas tree or not, but it’s Christmas tree season now and most of the Apple ranches are still open for treats!
Heck, one of the biggest tree farms is right across from my house. You could drop in and meet my chickens lol.
