Doing good. It is sunny and cool. The sky is a beautiful blue and all the trees are clean and dust free from the rain. Went for a nice walk with my next door neighbor.

My bread was coarse, dense and kind of bitter. It was 100% whole wheat. My next batch will be mixed flours (ww, unbleached white, and bread flour) and will include a little oil and honey, which this recipe did not. It was easy, but I did not care for the results. But I do love experimenting! Good news, it didn't stick in the Dutch oven! Hooray!

For thanksgiving we are supposed to have Toms DD and hers here. Ham is on the menu
