no ma'am the wax paper is just to keep the dough in a "shape" and clean until you pull it out of the fridge and slice and put on the cookie sheet

do you skin them ?

Yeah, I do it the easy way. With the small kitchen, it is better to set myself up by the computer. If I was to dip and pluck them, it would be a bit troublesome in this small apartment.

You stir by hand? Don't you have (want) a nice KitchenAid appliance forr mixing cookies?

cookies yes but the fudge needs to be cooked and you can't cook on/under the stand type mixer. So hand and a wisk.

Well, Probably shouldnt say anything and jinks myself but the eggs from Meg that had the fungus ,They have been taking care of them and actually had a few babies alive . Tonight I pulled them and got about a dozen babies that look healthy so far. I am going to move the parents to their own tank and I wont have to pull them again if they have some more. ALSO my gold pair laid eggs again tonight.
