what happens in your state if you license them?

Nothing, they don't have the resources to find you. If your dogs bites someone that reports it you can get in trouble if you don't have a rabies but it sounds a lot like Houston here. Bunch of dumb folks breeding pit bulls and chichi s then they just let them run the street. Too bad it isn't acceptable to eat them like our Roos.

I just wonder what the answer is, beauty fades but dumb is forever.

Adult beverages averaged $9 last time. I was pretty thrifty on souvenirs and only got nice things (statues, dress, coffee, etc.) The kids have been saving their own money and each have $45 for cokes or souvenirs. I'm going to start packing Monday!

Cokes are not included on the cruise?

Unlimited coffee, tea, juice, and water. Cokes and cocktails are extra, but right about the same as restaurant prices.
