Granny's gone and done it again

I do mine in the oven much less chance of scorching it that way FOR me at least BUT then I like a thick sauce not something that "weeps" a ring of liquid when you put it on the plate.
Never tried it that way. We don't like a lot of sugar though so I usually just cook the apples on the stove until done, take them off and mash, taste, add enough sugar to take the tart out of them, return them to the stove stirring constantly until the last of the juice is cooked off and then cooled for freezing.

that's what I do with the sugar as well sometimes I use honey instead. BUT I make sure to "taste test" it first in a small bowl as some honeys can change the flavor.

Whooo!

Cards are finally going out in the mail tomorrow. I meant to pop em out Friday but...migraine.

Sigh goose is full of spit and conifer (ok Siri I’ll go with it...tis the season for vinegar to become a pine) and got tucked away to bed a little early tonight. Trying to be sneaky chomping on my chair. He’d chew his antler, brace it on the chair, let the antler fall and then chomp on the chair. That boy is too clever by half. I may try him out again for a bit now that I’m done with cards but...Oi. He’s been a stonker.
