I never noticed a difference in pain compared to what I eat.

You would have to give up processed food and sugar.

When I stick to a whole foods plant based diet I have a SIGNIFICANT reduction in pain. It's really hard to stick to it 100% of the time though.

Yeah you have to cook a lot more.

I guess I could unplug it. I would have a good hatch but I see the early ones trampling the new ones and open it. Then it shrink wraps the external pips

are you leaving the empty shells in there when you take the newly hatched out ? You could even add a little water in the empty shell half if needed. I dont think opening them for that should hurt but since your having problems thats what I would do and Yes, I would unplug it if thats the only to turn the fan off.

Exactly! When I'm feeling well it's easier to stick to it but if I have a migraine or don't feel well we end up eating something "easy" and it messes me up again.
