I dont know the symptoms. My hands seem to be drawing up and going crooked. I have never been tested for that

Well, Osteo can cause joint deformity along with RA. All of my knuckles are enlarged and I have twisting in some of my fingers. It can also cause problems with toes, which I have also as my toes are all deformed and crooked.

Osteo causes pain when you first get up that usually wears off or at least lessens after an hour or two. RA is the pain that keeps on giving.

Has your doctor ever told you that you have Osteo?

are you leaving the empty shells in there when you take the newly hatched out ? You could even add a little water in the empty shell half if needed. I dont think opening them for that should hurt but since your having problems thats what I would do and Yes, I would unplug it if thats the only to turn the fan off.

Put a sponge in the bowl sticking up out of the bowl.

Fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds, everyone is a little different but we still eat some eggs from our own chickens. We also eat oatmeal, quinoa, rice, barley. As long as it isn't super processed but some people have different sensitvities.
