Granny's gone and done it again

I bet it was beautiful.
Thanks, I was partial to it. When I took it down to show it off in all its glory one Christmas when we had a house full of company, My MIL shrieked, My lands, you look like Cousin Itt! So after I got done crying in the basement I tied it back up and continued hosting the party. So I guess not everyone thought so.

Yeah, sugar is contraindicated for inflammatory diseases like RA and Arthritis.

And I have a sweet tooth as big as the state of Missouri. It's a balancing act to keep my weight down, especially over the holidays.
When my #2 was 4, I told him I had a terrible sweet tooth. He made me explain, then he pointed to his mouth and said "All mine are sweet tooths!"

There are some decent sugar substitutes that don't raise blood sugar levels. Look into erythritol, it's good for baking.

Maybe we can find them this summer when the river level is low.
Should have asked Santa for a metal detector!!

My gold angels laid on that terra cotta pot I bought for them. Hopefully things will go better this time. If I can get those babies raised I have them sold already.
You have a customer? :woot

Well, MIL kept me humble. I dedicated it to the Lord. Any time anyone said anything about my hair either way, compliment or insult, I would put a dollar in the church plate for missions. I didn't make my hair grow after all, God did.
