I wanted warm pudding. I like it hot and I like the skin.HOW you do NOT cook the instant stuff
Don't confuse the poor girl. She can do that next time. Keep it simple for her first time!see and I would use a smidge less milk to make sure it was nice and thick and held its shape when serving.
Also put a layer of cling film over the pudding after getting it into the shell. Then you don't have that layer of pudding leather.
