I am roasting these veggies. Its been 45 mins and there still hard. Even the asparagus is hard after half an hr. I dont think Im doing it right.

Just today. My daughter found them when she came over. We went to Sams club for the first time. It is 30 min away. She bought a year membership to get a swing set for the GKs for Christmas.

that didnt post earlier. That was a couple hrs ago. I had it on 350. The taters and carrots got tender but the asparagus never did. It was stringy.

I'm up to 19 chicks, with only one of them failing to thrive before leaving the incubator.

Tomorrow will be day 21 for these quail eggs. IF no more hatch tonight, then some time tomorrow, I will find out the story of what happened.
