Oh I didn't tell you we got about half an inch of snow today. I don't know what the low was, but at about 2:30 it was 28°F. COLD!

Yeah I don’t want to breed a breed where you have to cut stuff off as puppies.

honestly if you do it before they are about 4 days old. They really don't feel it or NOT much. Mine "scream" more when you pull them off a dinner plate

I think twist has to take his pups in to be docks.

have to AKC "requires" it for Springers BUT they don't say how much. I also do dew claws at the same time. The claws I would/will do no matter what. I have had a couple dogs where they were NOT removed until the adult dogs managed to rip them partially or fully off. THEN they do experience pain.
