Is it an android? On mine, once I turn on the camera, I only have to touch the screen, then options appear. One of them looks like a lightning bolt, that's the flash option. If I touch the lightning bolt once that turns it on. Touch it again, a little letter "A" appears, that means Automatic - the camera will decide whether flash is needed or not. Touch it again, turns it off. Everything is difficult if you don't know how. All you have to do is ask, that's how you learn.nothing tec. is easy for me.
