I will go on a limb here and say I'm notorious for this. Sometimes I'll figure life got busy or distractions or so on...(doesn't help that I also disappear for weeks at a time...)
When I was your age, it was much more difficult to communicate with friends. One telephone attached to the wall in the kitchen was it. You had no privacy and the time when you were actually together, face to face, was never wasted... full of important things to talk about before the bus came.

My son just did the same thing to his friends. They laughed at him and he stopped going on. been about a month now. Im sure they wonder where he went . They had been friends for 7 yrs.

Yes, my husband will text someone and they don’t answer right away and he comments on it. I tell him, they are busy. But they should answer within 24 hrs. When they took the phone away could you use the computer?
