Yes, bone in, skin on. I probably put the bbq sauce on too soon, I don't remember. I still have some soup left, I will put a little "surp" in it for my lunch tomorrow, thanks. I only use the real thing for me. The rest of the family uses the cheap brown sugar water bc they can't taste the difference and they pour it on by the cupful. I use it by the teaspoon, lol.Oh yum. Add some maple syrup (real stuff) to your butternut squash soup. It will blow your mind. How did you do the thighs? Skin on? Bone in? I do boney skin on thighs with salt n pepper for 375 for 45 minutes, brush the bbq sauce on and another ten minutes or so and it’s usually good.
