Teenagers are like infants in how much sleep they need... a LOT. It's a time their brain goes through a major reorganization of neural pathways. They need to sleep like babies!
But I agree with you... excessive exhaustion should the checked by a dr.
it has been, lol. I wake up at around 8am, and then I NEED a nap at around 1-3 otherwise I cannot function. I wake up from that nap at around dinner time, and then I am knocked out again at 11pm and I sleep good until 8am again. I just sleep a lot and I'm usually always very tired.
Fighting myself all day is very exausting, lol
