yep, I do. Went easy tonight and made chicken and rice, though. With some brownies

Sorry, its unusual name and I struggle sometimes.
Love chicken and rice. I use saffron. I havent made that in a long time though.

Hard time driving today. Rain was coming down in sheets. Dr said there is a lot of inflammation in my hand. Probably from arthritis . Told me to use voltaren 4xs a day and ice it. Brace at bedtime if needed.

Why would you believe anything those quacks told you. Didn’t they say your kidney pain was a pulled muscle?

I went to pharmacy for the ointment and they said my insurance wont pay. I said it did last time so do another prior approval . I dont have it yet. May take a few days.

Don’t you still have it? Or did you use it all?

This is Cecile Brunner. I was impressed how many blooms she has this year. She smells nice too. Decided I better deep water if I want the blooms to stay. She's up by the pullet coop.

Then I noticed a couple of butterflies chasing each other around. This one would land on Cecile so I could get a good pic.

But there was a second butterfly zooming around. It was black that glinted blue in the sun, with some orange spots low on the wings and little white dots along the outer edge. Every time the black one flew over, the yellow one would chase after it and they'd go careening around the yard. Black one never landed, but I got an action shot of it!
I have to do some editing, so you can see it in the next post.

I still have a little, not enough for 4xs a day and no, my primary dr was the quack. Shes the same one that Robert cussed.
