I wanted to try the shrimp Alfredo today and chickened out. Nancy made it look so easy then I started thinking about all the steps and changed my mind. LOL How did the pizza turn out?

Can't say we "celebrated" Cinco de Mayo," but we did have tacos for dinner. Sorry I'm so late, decided to par-bake the pizza crusts for tomorrow's dinner and I didn't get them in the oven til almost 9!

I never made piza crust before, it was surprisingly easy. Did it in the KitchenAid. Let it rest in the fridge most of the day. Hard part was getting it onto the very hot pizza stones in the oven from the counter after rolling it out. Rather like wrestling a small anaconda in a fiery furnace, lol.
