I have everything except lemonYou can use the front part, with the sternum(the chest bone) for stock( it will be very fat stock!) the "ribby" part could be rubbed withe salt,black paper, fresh sage and rossmary ,lemon juice and olive oil and backed in a mediums heat 160 C° with some potatoes. It is a delicious meal

I didnt go til 2.I want a do over for last night. Didn't fall asleep until 5 am. Kept coughing, alternating with thinking about all I have to do today to get ready for tomorrow.
