it was busy. I was in a good mood then got to work, we where slammed, and then I was tired/angry.

yes , it does make it go faster. I like it when we are busy. I don't like it when we're slammed and I'm supposed to have 40 patties on my grill, when only 20 fit!!!!

The ear infection and sore throat are probably related. Boy I hope they get to the bottom of this!
