Granny's gone and done it again

Yes, I canned lots of green Roma's last year in half pint jars, add 2 T of white vinegar & 1/2 T salt to water in each jar, dh says they are better fried thaN fresh ones.

They cooked rattlesnake on Chopped the other day. Apparently snakes have LOTS of bones, so your best bet is to boil and strain it, make a broth out of it.

I may just BBQ it until the bones dissolve. Put it in foil. Chickens will love it!
