Granny's gone and done it again

Something went out on my stick van and I had to always park on a hill . I would give it a push going down hill, jump in and pop the clutch. Its the only way I could get back and forth to work.
That sounds difficult to drive...how long did it take you to fully learn stick shift?

Home, of course. When I walked in and greeted my GirlChild, the chicken in the crate began clucking like crazy, almost like the egg song! GC said she hadn't made a sound the whole time I was gone. I went over to her crate and greeted her and she bobbed her head at me and then she calmed down. How sweet. Really surprised me. Never been welcomed by a hen before!

everything I look up says you will have other symptoms like fever or throwing up and I dont have anything else. Im at a loss. I got rid of the tomatoes 2 weeks ago. eating bland food. I had a grilled cheese today. Been eating rice for 2 days. I thought I was better. My stomach feels ok.
guess it was the tomatoes. Did you eat a lot?

That wouldn't have given her the squits for over a week and made her lose 10+ lbs, I don't think. This sounds serious.
I have that diverticulitis

Thats really fast!
Not really. When Dad got a new car and my older sister showed an interest at about age 11, he explained how it worked, showed her the Hh pattern, and all of us kids learned it immediately. My brother and I were about 5, it was like a game. So when we were ready to drive it was no mystery. Coordinating hand, feet, eyes, clutch, brake, steering ... Yeah, that took a little practice, lol! But not that long. A couple hours maybe. Harder on the instructor than the student for sure.
