Like the water fall pic

Water fall didn't show on my phone. Saw a dog's nose that looks like a water fall. Any time a page comes up with a lot of pictures, my phone usually doesn't load them all

Some seagulls, beaches, we witnessed a sunset. Sadly, I forgot my telescoping lense

Next time, I will bring it! But yeah, not too many photos ended up downloading correctly, because my phone only accepts certain file types for some reason....

Happy Wednesday!
The fog has returned. Ahhh, bliss.

The only downside to the cool day is that Fudge enjoys a nice warm dirt bath. This was yesterday. She hung out with me while I watered our puny garden.

The cool weather also confuses the cold blooded critters. Found this young gopher snake dead on the road. Such a beautiful creature. About 12"

It was foggy here as well. I like it though! Cannot wait until the grass starts growing in again!

I have had them die! When it gets over 110 to 115, they do not do well even with misting systems.

A breeder in Red Bluff lost 15 or so of them when it hit close to 120F about 5 or so years ago.

I have heat hardy breeds now.

I found if you put their feet in cool water it helps a lot. When it's very hot I put shallow pans of water out for them to wade in.

Raining here again. Really tired of that after 3 days. Guess I can clean up in here, and work in the workshop. Really want to clean brooders. Those big chicks need to be outside.
