Granny's gone and done it again

I think being in metabolic ketosis makes a difference. A person who has an insulin based metabolism and eats all those yummy saturated fats will probably see a rise in cholesterol. Ketosis burns off most of those fats for you. Eating a lot of carbs with the sat fats would be a no-no.
My dr said to do the Mediterranean diet. She said my heart would be blocked from all that fat. I asked her to order a heart scan. My score was 0. No visible plaque at all.

Im not sure which one he is on. If I said lipitor befor then thats what it is because he hasnt changed. Thats the stuff that hurts my muscles and tendons.

Is there any arthritic changes in the joints? They should show up on an x-ray
I don't know. I see my primary around the first of October, hopefully I'll find out. I think most of my joint pain stems from my cervical stenosis.

Keep a food log. See if your pain corresponds to eating certain items.
I may try that, but truly when I wake up in the morning I can tell what the weather is like by how much pain I'm in and where it is, and I sleep in the basement. I can't observe the weather till I get dressed and go upstairs. My diet does not change much from day to day. If it's damp and overcast, or worse, foggy, or with rain threatening, I'll be in misery. A clear day with blue skies is a rare treat, no pain.
