you know Star, the min. you drive a manufactured home off the lot it value starts dropping. It wont go up like stick built houses do.

Oh yeah. I eat eggs that are 2 or 3 months out of date sometimes. But my fridge is really cold.

Not always. Thats when they are REALLY bad. I would try the float test to see what you get first.

That is true about the value Granny, but I guess it all depends on what we can afford - the difference in stick vs modular.
