there hardly any leftovers when they get that. lol Except I can count on one hand the times I fried chicken. It may suck.

I'm now seriously considering making a pot roast this week. And mushrooms sound good. Haven't put them in there for a while.

well I need to go and make a pie crust and the filling plus peel some taters. Then when brother gets in we can visit or play cards or something.

I cooked Spatchcock chicken last night with red potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts. I bake a sourdough loaf yesterday and it turned out great!

My oldest DD and Family came to visit. We had bread and clam chowder.
