I think the quitting aids are all anti depressants. Not sure how that works but hey.
Granny if youā€™re afraid to go cold turkey try cutting back. Make a journal of when youā€™re having your smokes and see if thereā€™s another activity at that time to keep your hands and mind occupied instead - use the distractions until it becomes habit to not light up so often.

It's called cold turkey when a person quits suddenly
