Granny's gone and done it again

It never fails, if i name a chicken...it dies. Doesn't pay to get too attached.
Chickens always die at some point. For me, it is usuaully the "least" favorites that die. I always say something slightly bad about one and then its gone. Like I would say, "We should sell her, she doesn't look or seem that special anyways". Thats what I said about one hen because we needed to downsize. She died of a reproductive issue.

Now I don't choose least favorites anymore.
 
Yep. Says mild symptoms. But not for child or old folks. The Dr. told the kids to keep Ashton, the one with it, he's three, away from babies and people over 60. Yeah, this is a tough one one. My cough sounds like..well, can't put it into words. 😔 Poor Ashton is still coughing, but not throwing up from gagging from it as much now. This is a hanger oner.
Mild does not mean what we think and moderate indicates that we will not die from the illness.
