I received a package yesterday while I was gone and when I got home Tom was pretty shook up. I guess Pita got out and went after the mail lady. He wont bite but he will jump on people and I guess it scared her pretty good. Tom was screaming at him to come back and he wouldnt. She left the package so I assume everything went ok.

Screaming at the dog isn't going to help. Better off to wave a biscuit at him!

Well i have been working hard and i am about worn out. Took the chicken back outside, fed goats hay and grain, opened pop doors, medicated young birds, and ran back to the house for a pit stop. Hubby walking dogs, said he will help me in the barn after that.

No new babies yet, but we have pen #2 nearly ready. Needs a heat lamp box, bucket holder, door latch, and hay rack.
One more bag of concrete and i should be done that.

Exciting! One of the sows in the 4H program has her due date tomorrow! Maybe we will see babies at the same time!
