My outlet that the deep freeze is plugged into runs off a light switch and my cat Nugget keeps turning the switch off. We put heavy duty tape over the switch and that doesnt deter him. He pulls the tape off and still turns the switch off. Robert just tried 2 sided tape in hopes that will stop him. Why are my animals always getting in trouble?

Set something on top of the freezer tall enough to block the switch and heavy enough he can't move it.

I know you can't do it but someone who knows how could pull the switch out enough to turn it upside down so when the switch is down it is on.
