I never was one to go out new years. I went bowling once. they had champagne. First and last time for me to drink that. It was gross tasting. When the kids were little I would stay up and bang some pots and pans. Thats about it for me.

One time hubs and I went to watch the 4th of July fireworks in San Francisco. We lived close back then. Is was incredibly crowded, especially for hermit me, and the classic summer fog was present, meaning you didn't get to see the fireworks explode, just see the fog light up.
Too many drunk people out for New Year's Eve, so we stay home. They canceled the fireworks tonight.

Ya, I cant deal with drunk people anymore. I did enough of that working barmaid. Our fireworks here is pretty low key. We always got good parking because of the handicap plates

Well I guess frizzled makes sense. Looks like she stuck a toe in a light socket. Not a fan of messing with their feathers like that. Nature created a perfect structure to provide warmth and protection and flight. Shouldn't mess with perfection.
