Those are gorgeous! We also have tons of wisteria. It’s not food, but I’m obsessed with it.![]()
It is quite nice… though none of that apple trees are very good… except for one. The blackberries are fantastic though. The blackberry jam I made this past summer with them was spectacular. It was the first jam I’d ever made. Absolutely amazing.Sounds like a dream!!! I would love to have more trees. We only have oaks, olive trees, and almond trees here.
I miss plums and peaches the most! And cucumbers are my favorite!![]()
Yum!Here you go, Sister! But ... I forgot to include the honey! So I won't know how it tastes until after it cools.

I am so sorry for your loss. I will keep you in my thoughts.I found out today that one of my sister's passed away. It was fast. Heart, died in the ambulance on her way to the hospital.. I'll take prayers. Blue, can you ask on the prayer thread for me?

I thought it was a little on the salty side, but my family loved it! I really like the recipe, it makes a nice, soft, fluffy loaf out of 100% whole wheat flour, which I did not know it was possible to do! I've always done half white, half ww, so I'm very excited about this. It's also easy, with my KitchenAid mixer doing all the work. Makes one 9x5" loaf. Gonna make another one tomorrow. With honey, lol!How did it taste Blue?
I actually....don't like jam!It is quite nice… though none of that apple trees are very good… except for one. The blackberries are fantastic though. The blackberry jam I made this past summer with them was spectacular. It was the first jam I’d ever made. Absolutely amazing.
I then became slighty jam obsessed even though I don’t really eat jam... And made three batches of apple jelly, 2 batches of plum jam, and one huge batch of blackberry. The blackberry was definitely my favorite. Though the plum jam was very good too. I still use it on the regular for making PB&Js.
Granny, its been rough for you and your family this year too. I hope you don't mind, but I will be keeping you in my prayers. It isn't easy for any of you this year!it was her nurse
