doesn't look coated, you could try squeezing it between two spoons to make a powder.

(I had trouble swallowing pills when I was younger...had to do that a lot)

its not coated. It gets stuck in my throat. 2 spoons? you mean take it as a powder?

I used to feed a squirrel peanut butter from my hand when I was a kid. I thought it was a big deal until much later when I found out just how greedy and opportunistic the little rascals are!

Try taking it with a swallow of milk, it'll make it more slippery.
