I HATE having to hound renters to pay up !!!

We own Mini Storages. I understand the problem. When we took them over they were my Great Uncles and he would go and get payments whenever someone wanted to meet him down there. Both my parents work full time jobs. IF people paid they just called and said, "Hey, I'm down at the storages. Can you come?" Um. Mom is out of town and Dad is in a tractor in the middle of a field. No, we can't meet you immediately. Then when we have to clean them out because people don't pay they are usually full of junk. One time we found a fridge with food in it. We also found a washer with clothes in it. Really people?!
