Hey y’all. 
Long day of cutting meat at work today. This is about 80lbs of pork loin.
I was trying to leave early because of the winter weather advisory, but I ended up getting out just on time. Then I wasted 15mins scraping my windshield, and unfreezing my wipers, and I knocked a blade off in the process and between the “wintry mix,” the wind, and my frozen fingers it took forever to get back on.
I called the business where I am applying to ask if they were closing early for weather. She said no and I said “good, I’m on my way out to y’all.”
Then I got behind a bunch of slow pokes and a sand truck, and when they finally turned off I was on uncleared county roads. I got to the office at 5 after 5 but the lady was waiting for me, because I had called.
I can’t tell y’all how long it’s been since I dropped off a resume in person. Fingers crossed!
Here’s a pic of the roads, and a pretty house. My plants looked very happy when I finally got home.
