They send the notice regular mail. Theres no way they can prove you got it. If it was reg. that would be different.

I went to the dollar store today and bought everyone a candy bar. Got home looking at the receipt and I paid $3.25 a piece for them!

the bill was $60.00 for everything so no, not til I was home and had passed them out.
