Granny's gone and done it again

Good MOrning Vietnam

well have the vet schedule to pg -16 cows-heifers/bangs vaccinate the 4 heifers from 2021/and vitamin shots the entire herd for 1 pm on April 12.

Ordered my chicks this am 25 lorps and 25 white rocks. Hatch/ship date April 25

OH and Chance's assistant vet with Ultrasound Lena cost 45 to 60 the gal wasn't sure on it. I will wait until Beth goes into season before making that appointment. As I don't care how many pups just if she is expecting.
Good luck

Going to be a longer update this time 🤪

I will be going to in person HS next year, which is super exciting! Hammie was 86 pounds in the most recent weighing, probably closer to 90 now. She is looking good, her armpit wound has scabbed and healed. I am starting to train her with the show stick. Need to drop by the feed store soon, again. Goaties are doing good. My mom wants to “hire” someone to build a stanchion for us, instead of buying something prebuilt. I don’t mind, but we are already behind on breeding the goats. Hope to get the two bred, but I am obviously still very new to the goat thing so I don’t expect it to go 100% smoothly. Chestnut has had her first heat already, don’t think Nutmeg has yet. Chickens are fine, but those chicks need to move out ASAP. Oh and I have been drowning in HMK too, which is just GREAT. Kiki has an appointment to get spayed soon. I didn’t want to breed her, but wanted her to run through a few cycles first. I also got another phone, after quite the lecture. Knew I wasn’t going to get out of that one that easily 🤣 Oh and one more thing, the garden is doing very well! We have potatoes, lettuce, cabbage, beans, turnips, radishes, green onions, and a few other stuff in the ground already. And the trees we bought a while ago are doing good too. Needless to say, I am still alive and doing well. If you don’t see me anytime soon, just remember that you can’t get rid of me that easily! 😜 I hope to return soon, but for now, have several chicks to take out for a field trip! It’s a sunny day today, which is great.
