Thank you. I was considering not going, but my friend needs help. Might as well try to get rid of animals i don't plan to keep.Gave Hammie another conditioning (no bath) and installed her free feeder today. Broody hen sat on the wrong nest. Luckily I caught her early and her eggs were still slightly warm. It’s why I trust my incubator so much more. Cap, good luck tomorrow!!
What do you mean. Like hair conditioner? Do they judge them on their hair?Gave Hammie another conditioning (no bath) and installed her free feeder today. Broody hen sat on the wrong nest. I never worry about it. The boys will do their job. When i am ready for them to be bred, i put them together. Also, it is normal for a goat to be in heat for 3 days, correct? Not standing heat, just “heat-heat”
My explanations suck♀
Yes and yes. Especially lately, they didn’t used to, but now the judges are geared toward pigs with healthy skin and hair. I asked about it when my 4H leader was over. He said it’s fine to condition often, but there’s no need to bathe them as often. It’s actually become one of the top “deal-breakers” in showmanship. Not only does it show the work you, as an owner, has put in…it also shows that your pig is recieving good treatment. What do you mean. Like hair conditioner? Do they judge them on their hair?
