Granny's gone and done it again

What's wrong? :(
Not 100% sure. I found her squatted down in my little mint garden, and I don't know how she got in there, as it's fenced. She looked broody so I left her for a bit. Went back later and felt under her but felt no eggs so I picked her up to get her off the nest and realized something was wrong. Checked her over and saw she had an egg stuck to her feathers and a dirty bottom. Gave her a Tums and stuck her in a crate bc I had to leave for a bit. Came back and washed her and soaked her in an Epsom salt bath. The egg came off, it was just stuck to her dirty feathers. I cleaned her up and blow-dried her wet feathers. Felt up inside her. No obstruction but there was something like white grit inside, and she said she was very sore. I greased her vent up with Vaseline and put her in a dog crate in a spare room for the night. But my biggest concern is that her left leg is drawn up tight and her toes are clenched and cramped. When I gently tried to stretch out the leg, she began to tremble, so I stopped. I did not see evidence of trauma. Perhaps she wrenched the leg going over the fence, I don't know. Pardon any typos please.

Thank you. I think she may have been there more than one day. I feel bad that I didn't notice her there. She's one of five Doms, and of course I can't tell them apart. One of them likes to leave the flock and go off on her own from time to time, but she usually comes back at roosting time, so I don't worry too much if I only see four at scratch time or egg-collecting time. I know she's usually not too far away. But this may have been a different one and I just didn't realize she was in trouble. But I love my girls and I won't let her suffer.

I hope she recovers for you.
