I think people of our generation feel pretty useless if they don't get something done. Hard to just do nothing. And boring.

If you don't use your ability to get out and do things, you lose it. My friend in TN has a husband who had prostate cancer surgery and has done nothing but sit in a chair since then. So sad. Doesn't mow, shovel, hunt or do any activities he used to. Pitiful. Nothing wrong with his arms or legs.
