Did you know that the MGM lion's roar is actually the recording of a tiger? I'm getting too old to have to adjust to new realities.

It doesn't surprise me, though. There was a park (Marine World Africa USA) a few miles from us and some nights we could hear the lions... and they sounded nothing like the MGM guy.
