I have terrible luck with tulips here. Heavy clay soil I think. The leaves will come but no blooms. Then the leaves die out the following year. Other bulbs do ok.

I'm jealous, too! How do you keep your chickens out of those?

I don't have chickens anymore. I had to give them up once Scott got bad, then my health has kept me from going back to them. I'm done with chickens. So sad.

I miss my chickens a lot too Cynthia but not so much in the winter. Im not gonna say I will never have any again but the odds are against it.
