WE had rain, mist, drizzle, and hail to go with lightening and thunder All yesterday and then 30 to 35 mph winds with gusts up to 55 mph today and more rain.

hardly any water in the basement after all that rain. Evidently VERY dry soil is not as absorbent as wet soil.
